Tentative Itinerary:

Day 1: Wed., July 9 – St. John’s, the capital city of Newfoundland – 2 nights
Day 2: Thurs., July 10 – Gatherall’s Puffin & Whale watching boat tour, Cape Spear, guided city tour of St. John’s & Signal Hill.
Day 3:  Fri., July 11 – Gander – 2 nights.  Highlights include The North Atlantic Aviation Museum, the Gander Airport and the Peacekeeper’s Memorial Park.
Day 4: Sat., July 12 – Twillingate.  Highlights include Boyd’s Cove Beothuk Centre, Twillingate Museum & Long Point Lighthouse.
Day 5: Sun., July 13 – Corner Brook for our 2-nights
Day 6: Mon., July 14 – Today we’ll visit Cook’s Lookout before heading south to Stephenville.  From there we will drive out to Port au Port Peninsula
Day 7: Tues., July 15 – south side of Gros Morne known as the Tablelands  – Rocky Harbour for 2 nights
Day 8: Wed., July 16 – free morning. Afternoon cruise on beautiful Bonne Bay
Day 9: Thurs., July 17 – Northern Peninsula, known as the Viking Trail to St. Anthony – ferry crossing from St.Barbe to Blanc Sablon.   L’Anse Au Clair, Labrador – 1 night
Day 10: Fri., July 18 – Battle Harbour, Labrador – 2 nights
Day 11: Sat., July 19 – Battle Harbour – an island in the Labrador Sea
Day 12: Sun., July 20 – sail back to Mary’s Harbour, Red Bay to learn about the Basque Whaling Port. L’Anse Au Clair for one night
Day 13: Mon., July 21 – Leave Labrador by ferry and continue our drive north along the Viking Trail. L’Anse aux Meadows Interpretative Centre. St. Anthony for 1 night
Day 14: Tues., July 22 – Northland Discovery boat tour, Grenfell Interpretative Centre before departing for Cow Head for 1 night
Day 15: Wed., July 23 – fly home from Deer Lake Airport into Pearson International Airport
