Tentative itinerary:

Day 1: Sat., Nov. 18 – The tour will depart from Barrie, Bayfield Mall behind Canadian Tire Store at 7:30a.m. & the Tour Office at 8:00a.m.  Overnight parking is available at our Tour Office.  A Canadian Passport will be required for the border crossing into the USA.  At the time of printing this itinerary, we are still required to show proof of full Covid Vaccination. We will allow time for duty free shopping.  We will cross at Port Huron and have lunch at the Cracker Barrel. Today we travel to Findlay, Ohio staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.                                                                                                                                 

Day 2: Sun., Nov. 19 – Following breakfast we will depart for Louisville, Kentucky.  This morning we will visit Churchill Downs & Museum, home to the Kentucky Derby. There will be free time on Market Street for lunch and then we will travel to Paducah, Kentucky for an overnight stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. Day 3: Mon., Nov. 20 – This morning after breakfast we depart the hotel and travel to Memphis. We will enjoy a guided city tour prior to check in at “The Guest House at Graceland” located just steps away from Graceland Mansion for our 2-night stay.  This new luxury hotel is located on a beautifully landscaped property and offers southern hospitality yet modern style, inspired by Elvis’ unique taste.   It has 2 restaurants including a themed sports bar and fitness facilities. Day 4: Tues., Nov. 21 – Today we visit Graceland, with time to visit the Mansion, Elvis’ two airplanes, the newly expanded Automobile Museum, Elvis Discovery Exhibits, and his gravesite.  This evening we will visit the Peabody Hotel for the Parade of the Ducks. There will be free time to explore Beale Street and then enjoy a traditional southern cuisine dinner at a local restaurant with entertainment. (B & D)

Day 5: Wed., Nov. 22 – This morning we will tour Sun Studios, the birthplace of Rock and Roll and the Million Dollar Quartet.  Let history come alive as we reflect upon such famous artists as Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash & Carl Perkins.   We continue our Musical Journey and travel to Nashville for a 4-night stay.  We will check in to the spectacular Opryland Hotel. The Opryland Hotel features 9 acres of indoor gardens, a newly opened water park, lush waterfalls and waterways all decorated for the Christmas season.  This evening take time to explore the Atriums at your leisure and take a ride on the Delta River Flatboats.  (B)

Day 6: Thurs., Nov. 23
– American Thanksgiving.  Today’s highlights include admission to ICE, a Gaylord Hotel’s signature holiday attraction carved from 2 million pounds of ice, a lunch cruise on the General Jackson Showboat and free time in the afternoon.  An evening Country Christmas dinner and show in the hotel ballroom concludes our day.

Day 7: Fri., Nov. 24 – This morning we will visit The Country Music Hall of Fame & Studio B.  When you step into the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, you will be embarking on a trip through decades of country music history in this architecturally stunning building. We will also visit the RCA Studios – Studio B which became famous in the 1960s for being a part of what many refer to as the Nashville Sound. We will have lunch at Blake Shelton’s, Ole Red Bar on Broadway.   The balance of the day is at your leisure to enjoy the resort, use the pool facilities, waterpark or shop at the Opry Mills Mall. Day 8: Sat., Nov. 25 – Following a buffet breakfast at our hotel, we will enjoy a tour of Music City with our local guide.   Lunch will be served at the World Famous Wildhorse Saloon, which features Southern Smokehouse BBQ and group line dancing lessons on the largest dance floor in Nashville.  We will return to the hotel for a free afternoon.  This evening we will enjoy a group dinner at “Paula Dean’s Restaurant” prior to attending the Grand Ole Opry at the Opry House.  The Grand Ole Opry is the oldest continuously running radio program in the United States and features an array of Country legends, superstars and up and coming artists.   (B, L & D)

Day 9: Sun., Nov. 26 – After breakfast we will continue our journey to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee which is set in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.  This afternoon we will visit Dollywood – Dolly Parton’s Theme Park beautifully decorated for Christmas with several musical shows to experience.  Dinner will be at Dollywood. This evening we will check in to the Inn on the River for our 2-night stay.  (B & D)

Day 10: Mon., Nov. 27 – One of our main points of interest on this tour is to experience the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with our local guide. (Weather permitting)  This will include a movie and stop at Sugarlands Visitor’s Centre as well as a driving tour.  There will be free time in Gatlinburg over the lunch hour.  This afternoon we will visit the Christmas Store and the balance of the afternoon is at your leisure.  A group evening dinner is planned at the Bullfish Restaurant.   A special ending to our visit will be reserved seats for the Country Tonite Theatre Holiday Show. Day 11: Tues., Nov. 28 – Today we start our journey homeward and travel to Findlay, Ohio for our overnight stay at the Drury Inn. (B)

Day 12: Wed., Nov. 29 – Following breakfast, we will return to Canada via Port Huron which will include meal stops, coffee breaks and Duty Free shopping arriving in Bradford at approximately 5:00p.m. &  Barrie at 5:45p.m.  (B)

Tour includes: motor coach transportation with Hamilton Tours Director, 11 nights hotel & taxes, baggage handling for 1 suitcase each, 11 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 5 dinners, Grand Ole Opry Theatre tickets,  Graceland,  Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Park Admission, 3 guided tours, admissions to all attractions as listed in the itinerary, duty free shopping & HST EXEMPT.

An initial deposit of $1000.00 is required at the time of booking.
The 2nd deposit of $1000.00 is due on July 4, with the balance due in full by Oct. 4, 2023.
