Branson Springtime Country Music Tour
Tentative Itinerary:

Day 1: Wed., May 11 - Tour will depart from Orillia at 6:30a.m., Barrie, Bayfield Mall behind Canadian Tire Store at 7:00a.m. & the Tour Office at 7:30a.m. (Overnight parking is available at our Tour Office) A Canadian Passport will be required for the border crossing into the USA. We will allow time for duty free shopping. Today we travel to Middlebury, Indiana for our first night. (D)
Day 2: Thurs., May 12 - After an early breakfast we will depart for St. Louis, Missouri for our overnight stay at the Drury Hotel. (B)
Day 3: Fri., May 13 - This morning after breakfast travel to Branson arriving midafternoon. We will be staying at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing. There will be some leisure time before we attend the Presley’s Country Jubilee at 8:00p.m. The Presley’s were one of the original variety shows in Branson. (B & D)
Day 4: Sat., May 14 - A breakfast is included each morning at the hotel. This morning you have the option of relaxing at the hotel or exploring Branson’s unique Original Main Street – “Dick’s Old Time Five & Dime Store” is a must see. Shows today include: The Blackwoods and the 70’s Music Celebration starring Barry Williams. (B & D)
Day 5: Sun., May 15 - Free morning. Today’s shows include the Acrobats of China in the afternoon and the Million Dollar Quartet in the evening. (B & D)
Day 6: Mon., May 16 - Today’s highlights include: a guided tour of the College of the Ozarks in the morning followed by an afternoon performance by The Lettermen. Tonight we will enjoy one of the true country legends, Mr. Mel Tillis, the final concert of our Branson stay.  (B & D)
Day 7: Tues. May 17 - Our time in Branson must come to an end. Following breakfast, we will travel Terre Haute, Indiana for our overnight stay at the Drury Inn. (B)
Day 8: Wed., May 18 - Following breakfast, we will travel to Troy, Michigan for our overnight stay at the Drury Inn. (B)
Day 9: Thurs., May 19 - Following breakfast we will return to Canada via Port Huron, which will include coffee breaks, meal stops and duty free shopping. (B)
Tour includes: motor coach transportation with Hamilton Tours Direc­tor, 8 nights hotel & taxes, baggage handling, 7 breakfasts, 5 dinners, visit to College of the Ozarks, 7 theatre performances as listed in the itinerary (entertainers are subject to change), duty free shopping & HST EXEMPT.
Cost per person:  Twin $2439.00 & Single $3339.00
A deposit of $600.00 is required at the time of booking, with the balance due in full one month prior to departure. 
Travel Insurance is available through our office at the time of booking at an additional charge. 

 
 


PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP:

A Valid Canadian Passport
- the best form of Identification

As of June 1, 2009, a Valid Canadian passport is required for those travelling to the United States by land, air or cruise ship.

Canadian Residents Holding non-Canadian Passports: Upon entry into the USA by land, you must fill out Form I-94, and pay $6 US per person. Upon your return to Canada, the form must be presented to the customs office as proof that you have left the USA.

Hamilton Tours staff advise passengers of their travel document requirements, but we will not be responsible for passengers denied access to the US, or for re-entry into Canada. If this happens, you will be responsible for your own transportation home.

To facilitate border crossing, please keep your identification on your person.
