Let us take you “Off the Beaten Path”
Day 1: Tues., May 30 - The tour will depart in the morning and we will travel by motor coach to Pearson International Airport. (Overnight parking is available at our Tour Office) A shuttle van will be picking up customers in Collingwood, Wasaga Beach & Elmvale (with a minimum of 6 passengers) upon request and transferred to meet the coach in Barrie. We will fly on West Jet from Toronto to Deer Lake. We will transfer to our beautiful historic property the Glynmill Inn in Corner Brook for our 2 night stay. A group dinner awaits us.
Day 2: Wed., May 31 - Today we’ll visit Cook’s Lookout before heading south to Stephenville. From there we will drive out to Port au Port Peninsula – locally known as the French Shore, this area remains the French hub of Newfoundland. Today we will visit “Our Lady of Mercy Church” and discover such villages as Cape St. George, Three Rock Cove and Lourdes before returning to our hotel. (B, L & D)
Day 3: Thurs., June 1 - Today may become your favourite day of the tour. This morning we will depart for Gros Morne National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will marvel at the spectacular ocean scenery, mountains and fjords. Our day will include: Rocky Harbour, Lobster Cove Lighthouse and Photographers Lookout. We will be staying at the Ocean View Hotel in Rocky Harbour for 2 nights. (B & D)
Day 4: Fri., June 2 - This morning is a free morning to relax. This afternoon you will experience the beauty of the fresh water Fjords of Western Brook Pond. (Weather permitting) Please note that in order to reach the docks of the boat tour – we must walk (a fairly level) 3 km walk or approx. 45 minutes OR the Bonn Bay Boat tour which requires no walking. Day 5: Sat. June 3 - This morning we continue our drive up the Northern Peninsula – known as the Viking Trail to St. Anthony. We will travel along some of the most spectacular coastline in North America. A group lunch will be in Plum Point. This afternoon we will visit the Grenfell Centre which honours the famous medical missionary, Sir Wilfred Grenfell. We will be staying at Hotel North in St. Anthony for a 2 night stay. (B & L)
Day 6: Sun., June 4 - This morning we will experience a 2.5 hour award winning boat tour with Northland Discovery in hopes of iceberg sightings, whales and dolphins. It is a certified vessel with music, onboard biologist & washroom equipped. In afternoon we will visit L’Anse aux Meadows Interpretative Centre. Here is the only known Viking Site in North America and the earliest evidence of Europeans in the western hemisphere. (B & D)
Day 7: Mon., June 5 - Today we will drive south along the Viking Trail stopping at the Arches, a natural phenomenon carved over many centuries by the sea. We will overnight in Cow Head at the Shallow Bay Motel. (B & D)
Day 8: Tues., June 6 - All good things must come to an end. Today we will visit The Table Lands area on the south side of Gros Morne National Park. We will have lunch in Woody Point. This afternoon we will fly to Pearson International Airport from Deer Lake. Our motor coach will be waiting in Toronto to meet us and return us to our original departure points (B & L)
Tour includes: transfer to Pearson International Airport in Toronto by motor coach, return flights, departure taxes, airport baggage fees round trip, motor coach transportation with Hamilton Tours Director, 7 nights’ accommodation, hotel taxes, baggage handling for 1 large suitcase each, 7 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 5 dinners, National Park pass, 3 boat cruises, attractions, museum visits and guided tours as listed in the itinerary & HST of 15% in NL.

An initial deposit of $600 is required upon booking.
A 2nd deposit of $1400.00 is due on February 1 with the balance due in full by April 18, 2017
