Saturday, August 27 to Thursday, September 1, 2016 - Discover Quebec including Charlevoix, Quebec City, Montreal and Whale Watching
Quebec is an exciting city to visit. It is the only walled city on the continent north of Mexico. Come along and enjoy the people, the culture, the customs and cuisine.
Tentative Itinerary:
Day 1:  Sat., Aug. 27 - The tour will depart from Washago Community Centre at 7:30a.m, Orillia, Value Village Parking lot at 8:00a.m., Barrie, Bayfield Mall at 8:30a.m. & Tour Office at 9:00a.m.  Today we travel to Trois Rivières, a historic city on the St-Lawrence River for our overnight stay.  Enjoy a fun evening tonight including dinner and entertainment at Chez Dany’s, where you will have the opportunity to learn about the Maple Syrup Industry in Quebec. (D)
Day 2: Sun., Aug. 28 - Following breakfast we will depart the hotel for a guided tour of Trois Rivières. We continue our journey to Charlevoix with photo stops enroute and a visit to Baie St-Paul known for its many art galleries and boutiques.   Late afternoon we will check into our resort hotel that overlooks the St-Lawrence River for a two-night stay.  A culinary delight awaits you at dinner in their renowned restaurant.  (B & D)
Day 3: Mon., Aug. 29 - This morning, we travel to Baie-Ste. Catherine for our whale watching excursion that includes a commentary by experienced naturalists. Enjoy a group lunch followed by an afternoon of scenic sightseeing in the area including stops at local artisans. (B & L)
Day 4:  Tues., Aug. 30 - This morning we travel to Quebec City.  We will visit Ste. Anne de Beaupre enroute.  In the afternoon we will have a guided tour including: Upper town, Lower town, the Plains of Abraham, La Citadelle and Place Royale, as well as many points of interest in modern Quebec City.  Dinner is on your own this evening.  Restaurants are within walking distance of our centrally located hotel, just outside the gates of Old Quebec. Day 5: Wed., Aug. 31  - This morning is free to enjoy Quebec City. We will enjoy lunch and a visit to the Quebec village of d’Antan prior to arriving at Hotel Espresso located in downtown Montreal. (B & L)
Day 6: Thurs., Sept. 1 - This morning enjoy a city tour, time at the Jean Talon Market for shopping and lunch before departing for home. (B)
Tour includes: motor coach transportation with Hamilton Tours Direc­tor, 5 nights hotel accommodation, baggage handling for 1 large suitcase each, hotel taxes, 9 meals, admissions as listed & HST
Cost per person: Twin $1575.00, Triple $1495.00, Quad $1445.00& Single $1895.00
A deposit of $600.00 is required upon booking with the balance due in full six weeks prior to departure.
RBC Travel Insurance is available through our office at the time of booking at an additional charge.
