Monday, October 27 to Thursday, October 30, 2014 – Waterfront, Casinos & Wineries – a 4 day package exploring the areas of Sarnia-Lambton, Essex & Windsor including Caesars Windsor Casino
Day 1: Mon., Oct. 27 - The tour will depart from Orillia at 7:00a.m., Barrie, Kozlov Mall at 7:30a.m. & the Tour Office at 8:00a.m. (Overnight parking is available at the Tour Office) Enjoy lunch at the Marcanda Gifts and Tea Room, a circa 1900’s schoolhouse with a cosy tearoom and shop.  This afternoon our visits include Twin Pines Orchard, which offers fresh organic apple cider and wines and the Forest Glen organic herb farm.   Our overnight stay this evening is in Sarnia at the Guildwood Best Western Hotel.  Enjoy a group dinner this evening at Olives Casual Cuisine. There is time for an optional visit to the OLG Point Edward Casino, which is a short walk from the hotel. (L & D)
Day 2: Tues., Oct. 28 – This morning we will include Stones & Bones, a private museum collection in Sarnia.   Parks Blueberries & Country Store, one of the largest blueberry producers in Ontario will offer a unique stop for lunch (on own) and shopping. This afternoon, a short drive brings us to Early Acres Estate Winery, a family run winery to sample their wines. This evening we check in to Caesars Windsor Hotel and Casino for a two-night stay.  Enjoy a buffet dinner and try your luck at the Casino. (B, D & $10 slot play)
Day 3: Wed., Oct. 29 – This morning enjoy a visit to Spruce Shores, a lakefront destination winery.  We will travel along the south coast of Essex County to visit the Serenity Lavender Farm, located in Colchester.  Enjoy a casual lunch experience at Jack’s Gastro Pub followed by an afternoon guided city tour of Windsor. (L, D & $10 slot play)
Day 4: Thurs., Oct. 30 – This morning we meet our guide and enjoy learning about the Roaring Twenties and Windsor’s connection with gangsters like Al Capone and the Purple Gang.  The tour finishes with a visit to the Canadian Club Brand Centre. We will depart Windsor mid-afternoon returning to the office at approx. 8:30p.m.and Barrie at 9:00p.m.
Tour includes: motor coach transportation with tour director, 3 nights hotel, taxes, baggage handling, admissions & visits as outlined in the itinerary, $20.00 in coin bonus, guided city tour of Windsor, 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners & HST.
